I am a Level 5 qualified, EMCC-accredited coach with a degree in recreation, focusing on sport. Combined with one career as a musical entertainer and another in change management and organisational transformation, this background shapes how I think about performance, discipline and resilience under pressure.

 I work in line with the Global Code of Ethics, ensuring a confidential and professionally grounded coaching relationship.
